2026 Tour de Lakes

RIDE DETAILS:

The annual Fresno Cycling Club Summer Ride is open and FREE to all Club members with current dues paid. 

There are three levels of rides. C/D riders can park at the Community Center in Shaver near the public rest rooms or at the Park-n-Ride, one mile east of 168 on the Dinkey Creek Road. The ride will start at 8:00am.

B riders (33 mile distance) start at the Dinkey Creek Bridge - 11.2 miles east of Shaver on the McKinley Grove Road at 9am. 

This year there will be a rest stop at McKinley Grove serving up hydration and some snacks, along with plenty of encouragement (both going out and coming back). There will also be a water/light snack stop at the Courtright turnoff and at the top of Courtright turnaround.

As in past years we want riders to utilize the local markets and restaurants to supply additional energy needs beyond what our rest stop at McKinley Grove and the water/snack stop provides. The Wishon store is a great place to get food and drinks as well as the Dinkey Creek Market.

BCD/3-5,  Social and/or Training, SAG will be working.

Ride 1 - Shaver to Wishon Dam and back - 56 miles (5500')

Ride 2 - Shaver to Courtright Reservoir and back- 74 miles (8166')

Ride 3 - Dinkey Creek to Wishon and back - 33 miles (3000')

Start times: 8:00 AM for the 56 and 74 mile rides from Shaver.  9:00 AM (at the Dinkey Creek Bridge on McKinley Grove Rd) for the 33 mile ride
