35th Annual Kirch Flat Century and Rides

Hello Cycling Community!

The Fresno Cycling Club is excited to invite all bicyclists to join us for the 35th Annual Kirch Flat Century and Rides. What started as a small group club ride with a ride leader, has grown over the years into a fully supported event with SAG (Support & Gear), five rest stops and six different routes with radio communication keeping our riders safe.

New this year we have a new Start/Finish location. As such, we were able to add some more challenging routes. The Hilly Metric+ will be an 85 mile route, the Century+ will be 110 mile route and for those wanting a real challenge we added a 117 mile route with an extra 1000' of climbing, going all the way to Kirch Flat. We will still have the support that you have come to expect from the Fresno Cycling Club events with SAG, rest stops, communications and a delicious after-ride meal. Please join us on:

Fresno Cycling club members' price, for all routes which includes after ride meal, is only $50 until 4/30/2025. Non-members who wish to participate may become an FCC member before registering for the ride at: Fresno Cycling Club - Join/Renewal. Otherwise, the Non-member price, for all routes and after ride meal, is $75 until 4/30/2025. The 15-mile Family ride is free to all without a meal. Those wishing to purchase a meal may do so online before 4/30/2025.

This year, FCC will have six ride variations:

1. 15-mile Beginner/Family friendly route (A-level ride) Along Willow Trail

2. 45-mile ride (B/C level ride) 45 mile route · Ride with GPS

3. 63-mile Metric route (B/C-level ride) 63 Mile Metric · Ride with GPS

4. 85-mile "More than a Metric" hilly route (C/D level ride) 2025 Kirch Flat 85 Mile Metric + · Ride with GPS

5. 108-mile Century+ (hilly C/D level ride) 2025 Kirch Flat 108 Century+ · Ride with GPS

6. NEW - 117-mile Double Metric (D level ride) 117 Mile Kirch Flat Double Metric · Ride with GPS

The Double Metric, Century, and "More than a Metric" riders may begin as early as 6:30 a.m. The Metric and 45-mile riders will follow at 7:30 a.m. The Family/Beginner 15-Mile riders will start at 8:30 am.

Ride check-in at Clovis Hills Community Church begins at 6:00 a.m.

Register early for the best pricing. Late registration begins on 5/1/2025 and will increase by $15. We ask all riders to please pre-register early, for proper food count. Thank you!

Ride rain or shine. No transfers. No Refunds. No Rollovers.

Special Note to Ebike riders: Make certain you are equipped with enough battery life to complete the ride you choose. Carry your own tubes to repair flats on your ebike as our SAG drivers may not be equipped with the size of tube you need. The SAG drivers also may not be equipped to carry your ebike if you experience a dead battery or other mechanical issues.

1. May non-members ride the Free 15-mile ride? Absolutely - they just need to sign the Ride Waiver. Fresno Cycling Club - FCC Ride Waiver.
