Wreaths Across America Ride and Ceremony
You’re invited to the Annual Wreath Laying Ceremony at Clovis Cemetery on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. This special event honors the over 3,750 veterans laid to rest at the Clovis Cemetery. During the nationwide remembrance ceremony, wreaths will be placed on the graves of our veterans.

Event Details
Departure Point: Steven’s Bicycles parking lot (N/E corner of Willow and Nees)
Time: Arrive at 7:45 a.m. and roll out at 8:00 a.m.
Route: Ride 3.5 miles via the Sugar Pine/Old Town Trail to Sierra Avenue, then to Villa Avenue and Clovis Cemetery. The ride will be at a relaxed paced (15 mph or less)
Post-Ceremony Ride: Following the ceremony, we’ll return to Steven’s via the same path. For those interested in a longer ride, we’ll continue to Friant Shell and back via Willow Avenue (approximately 25 total miles for the entire ride)
Weather Contingency: If the forecast at 8:00 a.m. predicts temperatures of 45 degrees or cooler, the group ride will be canceled. However, we still encourage everyone to attend the ceremony. A final decision on the ride’s status will be made on Friday afternoon. Rain also cancels.
