THE NORTH FORK GRIZZLY RIDES

Short & Long Gravel Rides

Century, Metric Century & Loop the Lake Road Rides

The North Fork Community, the Sierra Vista Scenic Byway Association and the Fresno Cycling Club are excited to present the 28th Annual Grizzly Gravel & Century Charity rides on Saturday OCT 7, 2023. This ride is the major fund raiser for the North Fork Community and the Sierra Vista Scenic Byway. Over the past several years portions of this beautiful area have been ravaged by forest fires. Although there are vast areas burned, the upside of the fires is that they have opened up new vistas once hidden by the trees. Come and spend the day taking in scenic vistas from the unique vantage point that only a cyclist can claim. One highlight of the gravel rides is that only a 2-mile section suffered burn scars from the most recent fires allowing it to retain the beautiful forests to ride in. The community really needs our support to help deal with what was left by the fires. "Profits" earned go toward improvements of the Scenic Byway, to town restoration, and other projects that benefit our mountain community. .
